I have had issue with stuffy nose (only at night for some reason) I travel a lot going from humid to not humid areas and it has an impact on my breathing quality. Anyway, I got these just to try. I have worn them at night for a couple weeks and WOW! One night I forgot to put it on and my sleep quality was not good. I kept waking up for no reason. While wearing this at night, I have no issue with waking up or being restless. That to me is worth the price!

Not sure yet about these. Price is high and they didn't do much for me.Had someone suggest this to me and since I don't like the Breath Right strips because they hurt my nose I decided to give this a try. I like that you only put the sticky parts on the sides of your nose instead of completely across the bridge. I like that I can adjust where it sits on my nose to make it more comfortable or to help open my airways more. It's made of good quality material that will last a long time. I also liked that it had multiple sizes to choose from so my husband has one as well as myself, although the sizes could be a little smaller in my opinion we both found a size that will work for us. Just a note: I wear glasses and can wear my glasses while wearing my nose strip so that's a plus as well

I saw these on TikTok and coming from someone who has to wear nasal strips every night this is game changing. I was getting sores on my nose from the strips and they are so hard to get off. These stick well and come off so easily in the morning. I live at high elevation and my nose is always dry and whistles at night so I can’t sleep without something. For $1 a day they are pricy strips but I’m invested for better sleep and health! Do it now if you suffer from a stuffy nose at night.

Intake is great, like a super strong breathe right strip. It's not irritating and I didn't pull it off in my sleep which I've done with other products. It's nice they include four sizes as multiple sizes fit but you can adjust the amount of pull off your nose by what size you go with. Stickers are sticky, 12 hours or more. The only downside and it's enough to reduce a star is that I wish they offered a clear version. I got the black since, for me, white always gets dirty and I use it for sleep so I don't care about the color there but I would love to use it outside gardening etc. and clear would be a litle less obvious.
